We have worked across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, India, the US, and Canada - covering the full spectrum of sectors and challenges. Our roots run deepest in fintech and financial services, but our experience extends far beyond , spanning data, AI, and technology-led change. We’ve helped organisations rethink how they work, how they use data, and how they build resilience for what’s next.

Founder & Managing Partner
I’ve spent most of my career helping fintechs and banks make sense of scale , turning good ideas into systems that actually work. Before Rygur, I helped build ClearBank from the ground up and later led operations at Seccl.
Rygur came out of years of seeing the same problems repeat : smart teams slowed down by unclear strategy, clunky execution, or models that don’t stretch. I care about fixing that, using data, design, and tech that helps them scale.

I’ve spent most of my career helping large organisations get strategy, digital, and AI working in the real world. Before Rygur, I was a partner at KPMG UK, where I helped build its global strategy practice and led AI strategy across sectors.
After years of seeing strategy stuck in reports, and digital ambition let down by execution, I want to help clients do better. I bring clear strategic thinking, lived experiences, and a deep knowledge of technology to turn ideas to outcomes.
